The year ending December 2012 ended on a favorable note if you’re selling your home in Coral Springs Florida, reflecting an almost 16% increase in the median sales price from a year ago December 2011. It also took homeowners less time to get their homes sold this month than from a year ago, taking 37 days on the market compared to almost 59 days last year.

The inventory of homes decreased again during December compared to November’s Absorption Rates of 2.77% to 2.05%; This means that with the current inventory level of homes on the market for sale in Coral Springs, that it will take just over 2 months for the homes to sell; that’s fast.  Buyers want homes to buy in Coral Springs!
