Having recently sold a home in Caldwell Heights in east Boca Raton, I thought it would be helpful to report on just how homes are selling in the surrounding area.

In the area surrounding Caldwell Heights in Boca Raton, homes are selling fast.  If you’re a homeowner living in the area and you’re considering putting your home on the market to sell, now is a great time to sell.  With homes selling fast, there simply aren’t enough homes to meet the Buyer’s demand for homes in the area; hence, the area is experiencing a Seller’s Market.  


A Seller’s market is when the inventory of homes for sale is low not meeting Buyer demands.  Typically, it’s an inventory of less than 5 months.  Currently, if all the homes that are currently for sale in this area were to sell with no other homes entering the Real Estate market for sale, it would take less than a month for the homes to sell.  That’s fast. That’s a hot Seller’s market!
